AUGUSTA- Isaac Michaud, President of University of Maine in Farmington College Republicans, has been chosen to act as Page for Maine Republicans at the Republican national convention in Cleveland.
Isaac was selected for the position of Page through a vote by the Maine GOP Executive Committee. Some of his duties as Page will be to be a floor runner, assist with meetings and possibly help to distribute materials. Maine Republican Party Chairman Rick Bennett responded to the selection of Michaud, “I am delighted to announce that Isaac Michaud has been selected to join the Maine delegation as a Page of the National Delegation. This is not only a deserved honor for Isaac, who is a rising Republican star, but an opportunity for the Maine GOP to celebrate the extraordinary energy and contributions of the many young Republicans in our state who are finding a home in our party. We welcome their participation.”
The Republican National Convention will be held July 18-23rd in Cleveland, Ohio.
